Say hello to our awesome volunteers and grab some eats, treats, and drinks at the concession stand! Please note: The concession stand will close around 3:30pm due to lack of volunteers.

A reminder as we kick this season off:
➡️Southgate Baseball has a no-tolerance policy⬅️
🔴Umpire Abuse: No one may yell at, threaten, or argue with umpires over calls. The umpires are doing a job so the kids can play. If you have a concern, it goes through the coach after the game, not from the fence.
🔴Sideline Conduct: Fans and parents must stay behind the designated lines. No negative comments. No personal comments toward players, coaches, or other families. Cheer for your team. Do not coach from the stands.
🔴Volunteer Abuse: Coaches, board members, and volunteers are giving their time so this league exists. Yelling at them, accusing them, or talking to them with disrespect will not be tolerated. That includes messages, emails, and conversations at the fields.

Well that did not go how we planned 🙈

Facebook would not let us go live, so we recorded the drawing instead… and then the video dropped the audio. We are so sorry. We wanted you to hear the whole thing and our excitement with how well this raffle went but...technology had other plans for us!

The good news: we still have a winner.

Happy Labor Day from Southgate Little League!
Today we are celebrating the people who keep this league standing. The coaches who show up after work. The ones dragging fields and chalking the fields. The crew in the concession trailer. The board members answering messages at all hours. Every volunteer who said yes when we needed help!

This game does not happen without that work. Thank you for giving these kids a place to play. Enjoy the day with your families. First Fall Ball games are almost here. ⚾🥎

Field Update: All fields except Field 7 are open
for practice today.
Coaches have been notified.

09/05/2026

Fields are closed today. All of them.
After all the rain the last few days, the infields are soaked. Please do not go on any field today. No practices, no grass work, no walking across the dirt to get to the outfield.

Give them a full day to dry. Going on them now leaves holes that have to be repaired and keeps the fields from being ready for everyone else.

Thank you to the coaches and families who stayed off. We will post when they are open again.
