We’re turning up the music, grabbing our drumsticks, and coming together for something bigger than a workout.

Join us for a special Su***de Awareness Cardio Drum Fundraiser as we raise money, raise awareness, and remind the people in our community that they are NEVER alone.

This class is for everyone.🙌🏽
For someone you love.
For someone you miss.
For someone who may be struggling.
For yourself.
Or simply because you want to stand beside those who are.

🥁 Cardio Drumming — all fitness levels welcome!

🎟️ $20 class donation
🎟️ $35 class + t shirt donation
