From flat sheet to repeated cut geometry.

ASF remade this specialized 32-foot outside corner from a flat insulated panel.

ASF was selected because it could accommodate the full-length piece. The remake involved an uncommon, time-intensive process.

The process included:

• Removing all existing foam
• Thoroughly cleaning out the panel
• Forming the flat panel into a 90-degree corner
• Reapplying two-part closed-cell foam
• Reskinning the back with embossed sheet metal and securing it with screws

The work called for equipment capable of accommodating the full 32-foot piece and extensive hands-on effort. This project highlights ASF’s ability to take on unusual fabrication challenges.
