🏆 STATE CHAMPS 🏆

Big congrats to our Pro Staff Manager Scott Williams and his partner Gary Kaehler on taking the win at the Texas B.A.S.S. Nation Team Division State Championship this past weekend at Lake Athens. They finished the two day tournament with 19.81 lbs.

Scott does a ton for Sixgill and our Pro Staff, and we really appreciate everything he brings to the team. Awesome to see him go out and bring home a big win like this.

Scott also owns and operates Brushy Creek Marine in Clyde, Texas. His shop is a great resource for marine electronics, installs, service and getting your boat dialed in. Be sure to check them out!

Congrats again Scott and Gary! Well earned, gentlemen!

West Texas after dark. 🌙🎣

We hit J.B. Thomas with Sixgill Pro Staff member Zackery Hines chasing big bass on LiveScope and putting some of our lighter setups to the test.

The biggest fish of the night came on a New 7’2” Medium Light Cypress paired with an Aether 2000, while another big bass was landed on a New 7’2” Medium Myakka with an Aether 2000.

Light rods. Light reels. Big bass.

Safe to say we proved you don’t always need heavy tackle to land heavy fish. 💪🎣
