Crossfit Southport is a community inspired Box affiliated with Cape Fear Fitness. Our vision is to expose our athletes to the most diverse, cutting edge techniques in the fitness industry. We perform this with a state of the art facility, 24/7 access, Chid sitting, Zumba, Yoga, Spin, Strongman Equipment and each membership gives the athlete access to the conventional side of our facility.
