It is with incredible sadness that I share one of Body Fit’s own has passed away. Many of you knew her and for those who didn’t I promise you her kindness and joy was shared with you through us. She is truly one of the most generous and loving people I have ever been blessed with meeting. Her smiles and laughs are forever in our hearts and we will remember her every day for the immediate joy she brought to our lives (especially mine) whether she stepped through the door or onto the softball field (and my what a solid addition she made)! Thank you for sharing your precious time with us! We will look after the boys just the same way you literally went out of your way to look after all of us! If the training session won’t improve by 1-3% that day we do not belong in the gym. There is another area that likely can be worked on instead.
Recovery, nutrition, flexibility, hydration....to name a few...
Most high level athletes (we are all athletes) have a high level of WILL-POWER, but not very many have a high level of WONT-POWER!
What is our body telling us today? 😎
