Tae Kwon Do Nutz

Recently had a little girl come to class that was born with Spina Bifida. She uses crutches, but that didn't stop her from running, doing jumping jacks, and doing the White Belt form. What amazing inspiration for those of us that make excuses for not being able to do things. No excuses, just do the best you can! :D

Taeguek Il Jang This form represents the source of creation by presenting the most basic techniques. It, therefore, is the foundation from which the other forms build.

We are moving to a new location!!! This was a little bothersome at first, but it looks like it's for the better, as there are about 12 class times available, as opposed to 3 per week. It is also only about 2 blocks down the road. :D Here are the available times: Monday 6-8 pm, Tuesday 4-7 pm, Wednesday 7-8 pm, Thursday 4-5 pm, Friday 5-8 pm, and Saturday 9-11 am. Please let me know the top 3 choices of times/days that work best for you. I need to get at least 4 to a class before I can add a new class.
