With the OUTPOURING love and respect of Ryan's Facebook post, we were going to wait a little bit to post this, but we've had SO MUCH feedback, we can't wait! When we opened we discussed which charity or who we could help once we got up and running. We always said we want to help homeless people. So when we opened our gym we only hired homeless people to help us get up and running; cleaning, painting, washing windows, etc. Anything we had to do, we made sure someone else could gain from it too. With that said, we want to continue to pay it forward! A special young man came into our lives and he has launched this idea. If you have ANYTHING you can donate; shoes, clothes, bags, bedding, etc. (of any size) please bring it by the gym. We will make sure to get these items to our local homeless community and help those in need. As the weather turns and you're warm in your bed remember that not everyone is as comfortable as you are.

Reshell came to me with the goal to be able to shoot her bow at a 40-lb pull. She wanted to build some muscle, as well as build up her strength and endurance. Since working with Reshell Rodriguez she has gained weight in muscle (this is a good weight to gain, ladies) , added inches to her arms, shoulders, hips/, and has been progressively adding weight in her gym weightlifting routines. Keep kicking ass Reshell!
