Someone asked me yesterday if I’m going to be at Southport on Monday. Someone told me on Friday that they didn’t know I taught yoga. People ask me every day where I train and teach. My answer is always, “I train and teach wherever they hire me, whenever they pay me to.” I keep this schedule updated on my Instagram, my personal page, my business page, my dance group and my fitness group on Facebook for your convenience. These classes are open to the public and range between FREE on Friday to ten bucks on Monday and Saturday. If those days, times and locations don’t work for you, please schedule a fitness consultation or online training session and we can workout whenever, wherever.
