I’m talking about lifting challenging loads so you can *hopefully* avoid things like osteoporosis and easily broken bones.
I’m talking about this because whether you’re a competitive athlete or an everyday athlete, it matters.

I got to see and celebrate a lot of family today 🖤
A fluctuation in weight does not immediately indicate a change in muscle or fat. The scale is a data point you can use to track trends over time in weight alone. It doesn’t show your actual body composition (or how much muscle and fat you have).
Weight can fluctuate day to day based on a number of variables. Scale goes up? You ate later than usual. Scale goes down? You consumed less fluid than usual.
Regardless of the goal, if you’re using the scale, pay attention to the trend over time rather than a day or two at a time.
This one was a pleasant surprise and fills the gap I’ve been trying to fill for a few years!

Good length. Has a pocket. Comfortable (although the waistband could be not a favorite). Mostly stays where I need them to.

This will be my lunch fixation for the foreseeable future! Protein, fiber, and flavor!
This took about an hour to put together and portioned out. Maybe an hour and a half with clean up. If I was prepping additional meals, I’d add another hour or so to prep time.
Don’t overcomplicate your food or your prep. Have kids? Get them in on it and have them help prep for the family.
Honestly, prep makes my life SO much easier in the day to day!
This is the one thing that keeps a lot of people stuck when it comes to nutrition.
It doesn’t have to be fancy and it doesn’t have to be different everyday. Variety is good in your diet, but variety can happen week to week or even month to month…. Or in simple grabs like fruit and veggies.
You’re making it harder on yourself and your goals thinking you need to eat something different everyday. Keep it simple. Prep a little at least. Crush your goals.
If you’re an apple pie or spice flavor type of person, RUN to get this!
If it weren’t quite as sweet as it is (to me) this might be a whole 10/10. Michael didn’t think it was too sweet so there’s that.
