As demand for personal training continues to grow, we’re expanding our schedule and looking for a personal trainer who is ready to build a strong client base and grow with our studio.

We’re looking for a trainer who:

One month until "I Do." Nicole Spanton came to Body Sculptors last September with a special goal: feel strong, confident and ready for her wedding day.

As the wedding approaches next month, what she has accomplished goes far beyond how she looks in a dress.

For years, weight loss and consistency was a struggle. Her weight would go up and down. She would start working out, fall out of the routine and find herself starting over again.

This time was different.

Through one-on-one personal training at Body Sculptors, Ronnie Kirby built a fitness and meal plan around Nicole's life.

Gordon's story is a powerful reminder that fitness is not only about how you look. It's also about building strength that can support you through challenges you never expected.

About two years ago, Gordon McPhee came to Body Sculptors looking for a consistent exercise routine while working around a previous shoulder injury. From the beginning, our personal training team took time to understand his limitations, discuss his goals, and create a personalized training program that could safely challenge him.

Then, in March 2026, an annual CT scan revealed a coronary artery blockage that required heart surgery.

Although the diagnosis came as a surprise, Gordon believes the strength and physical conditioning he developed through consistent personal training helped him approach surgery, and his recovery, from a stronger starting point.

Just ten weeks after surgery, he was able to return to his training sessions in the studio. With his doctor’s guidance and medical clearance, we carefully adjusted each workout to support his recovery.

In Gordon’s words: “I’m incredibly grateful for the support, encouragement, and expertise that Ronnie and Jennifer have provided every step of the way. They have truly become my heart rehabilitation partners.”

We are incredibly grateful to be part of Gordon's journey back to strength!

This season didn’t go the way he planned. ⚾

An injury forced Keegan to step away from the baseball field during a crucial year… but he refused to stop working.
