🕒 Time: 4:30 PM & 6:00 PM (Class is 45 min each session)
📍 Location: Veterans Memorial Park Cowpens Farmers Market
As we head back to school, yoga can help children reduce anxiety, improve focus, and build resilience—perfect tools for a successful school year! 📚✨
