Play Schedule
Saturday, September 19
Spearfish City Park Courts
• All participants must sign an individual waiver form. We will have copies of the form available at the registration table.
• We will be selling some club-themed merchandise/swag. And a food truck will be located in the parking lot, so bring some cash for food and for swag!!
• Door prize drawings will be held throughout the day. You need not be present to win!
• Rain Impact – Saturday play may be delayed forcing play into Sunday, September 20th starting at 8:00 a.m. If rain forces cancellation, our make-up dates are October 3-4.
Play Time Schedule
• Note – start times after the 8:00 a.m. group are estimated; be prepared for your group play at noon or at 4 p.m. to start early!! Games will be played to 11 points, win by 2 points.
• 8:00 a.m. start
o 4.0+ Men’s Doubles
o 3.5 Men’s Doubles
• Noon start (estimated)
o 4.0+ Mixed Doubles
o 3.5 Women’s Doubles
• 4 p.m. start (estimated)
o 3.5 Mixed Doubles
o 3.0 & below Men’s Doubles
o 3.0 & below Mixed Doubles
o 3.0 & below Women’s Doubles
o Round Robin Group
