Tonight’s softball has been moved to this Saturday 9:30-11:30 due to the high heat this evening. A email should be out to all participants.

Fall Ball Baseball & Tee Ball begins tonight.

Numbers are low…. So, 6u & 8u will begin this evening at 6:00pm on field 1. This will be combined for tonight’s purposes.

10u and 12u will be 6pm at Field 3

Ok folks! Fall Ball Registrations close this Sunday. Playing in our fall league will allow you to try out for our valley stars team as well.

1 night per week, 45 min instruction from different coaches followed up by 45-60 mins of game time. No set team, just your set age group.

Our focus for fall is to become a better player and to catch up on fundamentals that may have been missed in prior years.

Fall Ball start time has been pushed back 1 week to ensure the field and equipment are 💯 from the flood.

Registration remains open! The style for this fall will include 45 mins of instructional drills and practice followed by 45-60min games that are pickup style.

This ensures our kids are receiving instruction from knowledgeable coaches to improve skill sets and become better during fall season as opposed to just playing games.

With softball we are working on details to play other small towns occasionally so it’s not the same 1 team we see each week.

Another year and another flood. We are grateful that the water did not reach our gymnasium.

The water has delayed our fall baseball/softball schedule, our youth football practice and our adult softball league.

A ton of disinfecting and repairs will be needed.

A common comment is we should just move the baseball fields, which is a great idea. However, unlike most sports facilities we are NOT supported by any fiscal body such as a school or municipality. We receive zero assistance from any taxing agency (parks & rec, school). All of our funding is sourced through sports registration and the tournaments we host.

Grants will be applied for but if you do wish to help I have attached a donation link that will ease the financial burden of reclaiming our fields and repairing our facility. # baseball Pat McAfee Show
