​We had an awesome time getting the Varsity team and the Spencerport Jr Rangers together for a joint practice this week. It’s what Spencerport football is all about, putting in the work, building community, and passing the torch to the next group of grinders. The Jr. Rangers brought the heat, and the Varsity guys loved coaching them up! Swipe through to see the boys in action. 📸🏈

🏈 THE CALM BEFORE THE STORM. 🏈

The sun rises over an empty field at Spencerport High School... but the wait is officially over.

Months of offseason workouts, early morning lifts, and relentless preparation all come down to one date: Monday, August 17th. When the cleats hit the grass and the whistles blow, official practice begins for our Rangers. It's a brand new season, a blank slate, and another opportunity to build something special together as one program.

To our players: Bring the focus, bring the grit, and set the standard on day one.

To Ranger Nation: Get your Blue & Gold ready. The journey back to Friday nights under the lights starts now.

🚨 Fall Sports Registration is officially LIVE for Varsity & JV Football! 🏈

The path to the gridiron starts with your paperwork! Spencerport Rangers Varsity and JV players can now register for the upcoming season using the link below.

⚠️ Don’t wait until the last minute! Our school nurses get swamped right before the season starts, which causes major processing delays.

🗓️ The Deadline: August 17th. Every single player must be fully approved through the schools online registration to step on the field for day one of practice. If you aren't cleared by 8/17, you can't practice—and missing practice will directly impact your playing time when the lights come on. Let's get it done early!

⏳ Modified Squad: You’re up next! Your registration portal opens on July 24th—be ready!

​Please be advised of a schedule change for tonight. Due to the ongoing air quality issues in our area, tonight's Varsity scrimmage has been cancelled. Additionally, all evening workouts for both Varsity and JV are cancelled.

​We want to make sure our players stay healthy and safe. Have a great weekend, and we'll see the team back at it on Monday! 🏈

2026 Spencerport Summer Football Camp is approaching quickly! Registry today to not miss out on the camp t-shirt. This non-contact camp is open to all athletes entering grades 3–8. We'll be focusing on overall football fundamentals, position-specific skills, and of course having FUN!

Camp Details:
🗓Dates: July 13–16, 2026
🕘Days: Monday–Thursday
🕘Time: 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM
📍Location: Spencerport High School – Field M & N (behind the football stadium)
Campers should come ready with a t-shirt, shorts, and sneakers or cleats. All other equipment will be provided.

Summer workouts are officially here! If you are planning to hit the gridiron with us this fall, it is time to start preparing. Check out the summer schedule below:

💪 High School (Grades 9–12)
Dates: July 6 – August 7
Days: Monday, Wednesday & Thursday
Time: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Location: High School Weight Room

🟡 Modified (Grades 7–8)
Days: Tuesday & Thursday
Time: 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM

🗣️ A Note from the Coaches:
We want to see everyone at as many workout sessions as possible! Our football-specific workouts are the top priority and are a crucial part of preparing for a successful season.

Note: Speed & Agility sessions are optional. We encourage you to attend them as your schedule allows, but they are intended to supplement—not replace—our main football workouts.
