🚨 SURVIVOR UPDATE! 🚨
While our campers are battling through puzzles, relay races, tribal challenges, and trying to outwit, outplay, and outlast each other during Survivor Week... one of our own coaches has decided to take things just a tiny bit more seriously. 😅
🌍 Martin Becker, a rising junior at The University of Texas at Austin, is currently at the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania! To put that into perspective...
🏔️ Kilimanjaro is 19,341 feet tall, making it the highest mountain in Africa and the highest free-standing mountain on Earth. It’s also one of the famed Seven Summits, and climbers trek through everything from lush rainforest to alpine desert before reaching the snow-covered summit—all on the same mountain!
Meanwhile, our Survivor campers are over here celebrating because they found the hidden immunity idol behind the foam pit. 😂
We’d like to think Martin is just preparing for next year’s Survivor Camp by practicing his mountain-climbing, endurance, and “don’t complain about the heat” skills. 💪⛰️
Join us in cheering for him as he survived one of the world’s greatest adventures! We can’t wait to hear the stories (and see the pictures) when he gets back.
