• 6-month (autopay contract) = $104/month We have different types of classes for all experience levels, including: Yoga (Vinyasa, yin, beginner, gentle & strong); Barre (mix of aerobics, yoga, cardio & light strength training); and Paddle-board classes in the summer at the lake.

✨ Meet Sophia Atchison! ✨

Sophia teaches private and group Pilates classes at The Studio, blending techniques from Fletcher Pilates and Balanced Body to create thoughtful, effective movement experiences.

Her love for Pilates began in college at the University of Arizona in Tucson, where she earned degrees in Spanish and Neuroscience. Originally from Dakota Dunes, South Dakota, Sophia loves maintaining an active lifestyle through traveling, hiking, running and weightlifting.

We’re so happy to have Sophia as part of The Studio community! 💛
