HYROX OPPORTUNITIES⛽️

November 11th we are having a partner simulation of the full race. You must reserve your spot on Push Press. Only 6 sets of partners per time slot.

Following that we will be offering three different workshops with a different emphasis for each one.

These are free for Gas House Members and $9 for non-members. We will not be accepting free trial’s for these sessions.

Are you someone who likes to wake up, get some coffee, get the family ready for school or cross something things off your daily check list and then hit a mid-morning workout?

Well starting on Monday, we are adding 9 AM, Monday-Friday to our schedule. You’ll see a variation of classes with Hybrid Strength& Conditioning, Strength and Hyrox.

So we are doing a Flash Sale for $35 for 3 Weeks of training. To answer the question, can I only go to that time? I like to think we are pretty laid back crew. If you have a conflict or a different time needs to happen, you’re welcome to join those and our Saturday sessions. We are just making this offer for people who are primarily going to attend that 9 AM time slot.

Hyrox Team Challenge on October 4.

Teams of 3 or 4 battling it out at Gas House Gym. Don’t worry about your fitness level, because event is ran by timed stations which means going at your teams pace. It’s going to be high energy and good vibes. Spots are limited!
