5 things I wish every new mom knew she needed:
1️⃣ Sleep
I know. Easier said than done. 😂 But rest is part of recovery, not something you have to earn.
2️⃣ Protein
Your body needs building blocks to recover, repair, and keep up with the demands of motherhood.
3️⃣ Water
Especially if you’re breastfeeding, chasing kids, and somehow surviving on lukewarm coffee.
4️⃣ Movement
Not punishment. Not “burning off” food. Just movement that helps your body feel good and capable.
5️⃣ Support
This one might be the biggest.
You weren’t meant to figure out motherhood, recovery, and fitness completely on your own.
That’s one of the reasons I created MomFit. ❤️
A place where moms can work on their strength while being surrounded by other moms who get it.
MomFit begins August 24th.

MYTH:
“You should avoid strength training during pregnancy.”
Truth:
Strength training can help improve posture, reduce aches and pains, prepare your body for labor, and support postpartum recovery when appropriately programmed.
Movement is medicine.

Crunches aren’t the answer for every mom.
If you notice:
• Back pain
• Leaking
• Doming through your abs
Your body is asking for better core coordination—not harder workouts.
The first four weeks of MomFit are dedicated to reconnecting your deep core before adding strength.
Because building strength on a weak foundation isn’t the goal.
