I have been a Certified Personal Trainer since March of 2018 and a Pre & Postnatal Coach since April of 2021. Helping women feel strong and good in their bodies is a passion of mine. I also have a love of teaching group fitness classes. Class Schedule:

Tomorrow is our final Mom Fit class of this session.
It’s bittersweet wrapping up another amazing group.
These moms showed up, worked hard, and prioritized themselves despite busy schedules.
That matters.
Strength gained.
Confidence gained.
Community gained.

We are entering the final week of our current Mom Fit session and I’m so proud of these moms.
Over the last several weeks they’ve:
✔️ Rebuilt strength
✔️ Improved core function
✔️ Showed up consistently
✔️ Supported each other
Watching moms grow stronger physically and mentally is why I started BFit.
