Last month, we had the privilege of having the legend himself, “Step Back, Bobby Jack” Bobby Jack Sumler, out on the Hooptown Courts dropping knowledge and coaching up our players. That work set the standard—and now, the countdown to Embrace Hoopfest on June 26th is officially ON! 🏀🔥

We’re hitting the court to make a difference as we raise awareness and funds for and Charities.

That is the number of children in the U.S. who will enter foster care before the age of 18. It’s a statistic that reminds us why our mission at Embrace Hoopfest is so critical.

May is Foster Care Awareness Month, a time to advocate for a group of children who are often overlooked but deeply in need of stability and community. This June, our players are taking to the courts at Spokane Hoopfest for a 24-hour basketball marathon. Their goal? To raise awareness and essential funds for Embrace Washington and Spokane Hoopfest local charities.

These organizations provide vital support to children to create life-changing opportunities for underserved youth in our community.

Now is the time to act. From May 1-10, every dollar donated will be matched by a generous donor, up to $10,000.

Whether it’s $10 or $100, your contribution goes twice as far this week. Even “skipping a coffee” to donate can provide the resources these children need to feel seen, supported, and empowered.
