🚨Don't forget to recover!🚨

ℹ️ If your hips flexors are tight throw this stretch into your routine ⬇️

1. Get on the floor in a lunge stance with one knee on the floor.

2. Drive your hips forward, keeping your torso up straight

3. Once you feel a stretch in the back leg, turn your torso away from your forward leg and lean back

🚨If you aren't recovering, make sure to start to avoid injury! 🚨
