SO freaking proud of team KO for their hard work last weekend at ATC! They are in a CUT THROAT division and they are learning every single time they hit the mat! They bumped up two places from day 1 to day 2, increased their score over 4% and hit zero! All while dealing with a day-of sub in!! what more could you ask for from a group of rookies?! 👊🏼💥👀

Did you hear? Team Strike are the PREP LEVEL CHAMPS!! They had the highest scoring prep routine of the day and earned a partial paid bid to the TSN Championships! We are SO proud of you!!

First comp of the season for all 5 of our teams! What a great way to kick off our busy comp season!!! We cannot WAIT to get to practices this week and cleanup for next weekend 😎

We had so much fun performing at the GU game last night! Coaches are SO proud of you all! Feeling blessed to get the opportunity to perform in front of a big crowd! Comp season here we come 👊🏼
