In these pictures we were just getting started, We ended up packing the whole 2500sqft gym with people from different walks of life. Adults & children learned the value of self defense‼ we educated them on how to stand up & help our community fight back against domestic violence. comes in many forms this was just that. Our awesome sponsors and friends truly got behind our cause & we couldnt have done it without them thankyou 💯%

Thank you to our amazing sponsors and everyone who came to support Stand Up For Spokane and fight back against Domestic Violence. We were able to raise enough money to facilitate a dedicated class for women and sponsor 16 individuals who have been victims of Domestic Violence as well as 4 families to educate on self defense. We could not have facilitated this without the help of our community and are thrilled to be able to give this service away to those that need it most.
