Mount Adams update!!

Yep, that sounds about right!

But in all seriousness friends that was the hardest physical thing I have ever done. So thank you to all who cheered me on and I’m thankful to know a place I can go to start my recovery for my sore body.

I make it just 1k shy of the summit but I couldn’t be prouder of what I accomplished Saturday (my 44th bday) This was incredibly hard and we had a storm roll in on us fast and furious with winds of 75+mph and I knew I couldn’t continue (watch video with sound I share that at the end of my reel and that video captures the exact moment I knew I was on my final push then glissading down)

Our parking lot is looking amazing and has needed this upgrade since we opened our clinic so we realize it’s not convenient however it’s very needed for your kindness is needed today and thank a construction worker as you pass them today.

Parking is going to be brutal today and Thursday friends please do your best to park and know this construction means a beautiful updated parking lot. Please see this map for date and location of repairs and honestly it may be best to park across 57th and access us by crossing the crosswalk.
