✨ Lazy Girl Stretch of the Day: 1/2 Frog Pose ✨

Don’t let the relaxed look fool you, this stretch is doing some serious work behind the scenes.

The 1/2 frog pose targets the inner thigh muscles (adductors), groin, hips, and the fascial lines that run through the inside of the legs and pelvis.

For many of us who spend hours sitting, driving, or crossing our legs, this area becomes tight, sticky, and restricted.

Benefits of 1/2 Frog:

Most people think stretching starts when I move your body.

It actually starts here.
A few minutes of gentle nervous system prep can make all the difference.

Before we get into deeper movement, I use rhythmic percussion on the back and neck to help melt away tension and bring awareness back into the body. Then we add gentle hip traction and quad stretching to create space, reduce guarding, and help your body feel safe enough to let go.

Because when your nervous system is stressed, tired, or running on overdrive, it doesn’t want to stretch—it wants to protect.

My goal isn’t to force flexibility.

The goal is to help your body relax, move, and remember that movement can feel good.

I love protein powder.

Use milk of choice or coconut water. I like berries, banana, chia and yogurt 😋.

This is a very easy and fast way to nourish your sweet bod ,
