With all this craziness across the country and specifically the state of Washington with covid-19, I just wanted to take a second to assure you all that I (@grafton) am taking all necessary precautions to ensure I remain healthy and reduce unnecessary contact with others. The van will be running as always coming to you and I am willing to grab your bike however you feel most comfortable. Thus far I’ve seen no drop in bookings and I can’t thank you all enough for that. Keep riding your bike and tell your friends!

Chase those threads! Keeping your threaded bottom bracket quiet and healthy. Upon removing the bold bb from this bike I ran into a few patches of resistance, of course you could choose to just slap some grease on those threads and yam in a new bb, but why not take the extra 5 minutes and get all the grit out.
