Welcome our new fitness instructor Calli! 💪🏼
We are excited to have Calli join our Elevation Fitness family. She is a certified yoga and group fitness instructor and is excited to be joining the team. She will be teaching Stiffman starting June 8th on Mondays at 5pm.
Calli is a long time runner who also enjoys rock climbing, all forms of skiing, and baking bread. In her free time, she and her husband love exploring the outdoors with their Australian Shepherd, River, including hiking, paddle boarding, or playing frisbee.

Meet Pat!👋🏻
Pat started her fitness journey with Elevation as a way to add more strength 💪to her Iron Man training routine of running, biking, and swimming. She started with the Ski Conditioning⛷️ class taught by Kelly Risse when he was fresh out of PT school!
Pat has been hooked on our classes ever since! She takes several different types throughout the week from Cardio Strength to Barre. These days, instead of Iron Man training, Pat uses our classes to develop and maintain strength to support her daily life and other physical activities. She says Gentle Yoga 🧘especially helps her feel grounded and slow down. In her words, “The instructors are all awesome and understand adaptions students need due to their individual situation. The community of friends in each class is so supportive. We have all built great friendships at Elevation and PTA.“
When not in the Elevation studio, Pat loves being outdoors! She runs, walks, hikes, and bikes frequently. She is also an avid open water rower🚣♂️! Having had a heart transplant in September of 2014, Pat says, ”I am especially appreciative of the new opportunity to continue to do the active things I have always done with Elevation’s classes as part of those adventures.”

Meet David!👋🏼
David has been a long time Elevation Fitness member. In fact, he has been here since we first opened up.🤯
“When PTA opened their current building, a good friend of ours started the workout programs with boot camp classes. So I guess I’ve been there from the beginning!”
David’s current fitness goal is to stay active as long as possible. He wants to be able to walk the golf course and maintain a healthy weight. Outside of the studio, he loves to play golf, walk his dog, and work on the yard ⛳️ 🐕 🏡
Thank you David for always bringing in positive energy to our classes and reminding us all why we are here 💪🏼
