We’re doing a ridiculous number of burpees this October for Breast Cancer Awareness month. But the burpees aren’t really the point...💗🫶
We’re doing them because when someone in our community hears the words “you have cancer,” life doesn’t just stop.
Bills still need to be paid. Appointments need to be made. Families still need to be cared for. And suddenly, there’s a whole lot of uncertainty to navigate.
That’s why we’re spending October raising money for , an incredible Spokane organization that helps cancer patients and their families with the everyday burdens of a diagnosis, like transportation to appointments, hotel stays during treatment, and assistance with living expenses.
At Farmgirlfit, we talk a LOT about being Strong for LIFE. And while we believe in the power of movement, we also know strength goes far beyond what happens inside these four walls.
It’s about showing up for each other. Especially when life gets hard.
And we’d love for YOU to be part of it! 💗
