Abs progression
- knees ups
- stability ball l-sits
- dumbbell l-sits
Reps - 6 - 10 each
x3 sets

Can’t do weighted pull ups yet? No problem — lat pulldowns are your best friend for building a thick, strong back.
Here’s what to do:
* Lat Pulldown — 3 sets x 5+ reps
* Use a waist belt if you’re pulling heavy
* Grab a spotter if needed — then go all out
This is one of the best moves to keep progressing your back when pull ups aren’t an option. Try it at your next session and let me know how it goes.
