Happy Wednesday, Canyon Golfers!

Last week’s Rosauers Tournament was a huge success; thank you to all of the organizers, volunteers, players, and spectators! Congratulations to PGA professional Hunter Wescott of Pumpkin Ridge who won the tournament at (-17). Congrats also to Andrew Von Lossow of Indian Canyon who finished at (-16) as the low amateur in the field.

Registration is now open for this year’s Indian Canyon Club Championship, see the pinned post above for information and a link to registration.

Registration for the Spokane City Championship is also now open. The City Championship will take place August 28th through 30th at Esmeralda Day 1, Indian Canyon Day 2, and Qualchan the for the final round. More details to follow with a link to registration.

Lastly, our Couples Chapman on August 23rd is nearly full, so get signed up if you haven’t already! Details in the pinned post above.

Tournament Alert - ICMC Club Championship August 8th-9th!!!

Registration for the 2026 Indian Canyon Club Championship is now open. The two day stroke play event will take place August 8th & 9th (Saturday and Sunday). Players will compete in gross and net medal play as well as for skins and kp’s. Flight breakdown will be determined by handicap and the size of the field. The Entry fee is $70 per player and that covers competition, skins, tee prize, warm up bucket, lunch and a beverage ticket - greens fees and carts are due separately.

This year the Indian Canyon Men’s Club Board has approved an additional contribution of $2500 to the prize fund to substantially increase the size and number of payouts to players in the tournament.

Players over the age of 70 will have the option of playing the RED/WHITE combo tees.

Format: Stroke play Gross and Net
Entry: $70per player - includes competition, skins, tee prize, warm up bucket & meal.

Happy Rosauers Week, Canyon Golfers!!!

The Rosauers Open Invitational, the most prestigious PGA event for the Northwest Section, returns to Indian Canyon this week and as a result, the course and range will be closed from Wednesday thru Sunday. There will however be plenty of amazing golf to be seen Fri-Sun and spectators are welcome, so please come watch pros and ams from all over the region compete for the gold on your home course!

Closures
Course - Closed Wednesday 7/15 thru Sunday 7/19
Driving Range - Closed until 2pm Weds thru Sat, Closed until 12pm Sunday
*(some limited tee times may be opened to the public on Sunday afternoon following the final round)

Due to the course closures, The Canyonettes will be playing at Latah Creek this week and the ICMC Wednesday Twilight League will be playing at Qualchan. The Thursday Twilight League will not play at all this week.

In other news, registration has opened for the IC Men’s Club Championship taking place August 8th and 9th and there’s still room for teams in the Couple’s Chapman on August 23rd.

Welcome to the dog days of summer and the best weather we’ve seen all year! When it’s this nice out you’d better make your tee times early because these tee sheets fill up quickly.

This Saturday’s Red, White, & Blue tournament is officially full! So, if you aren’t signed up, then you’ve missed out. There may still be room in our Friday skins game though, so if you’re looking to play, call the pro shop to find out.

We’ve already got twelve teams registered for the ever-popular Couples Chapman coming up on August 23rd. If you haven’t already, grab a partner and get signed up because this is a fun one. See the pinned post above for details - ONLINE REGISTRATION ONLY.

Next week the Rosauers Open returns to The Canyon and course operations will be substantially impacted from Monday (07/13) through Sunday (07/19). More info to follow, but expect the range and course to be unavailable for much of each day next week.
