with the front squat. Slow and controlled is the way to go in general strength training. She is at the end of her speed and jumping workout. Great technique, good body positions as we drop to her jumping depth. Strength training compliments everything we do in sports. Injury prevention, speed, power output, etc. if you’re athlete get in the weight room and get it done!!
a little pre hop jump action. Working on getting those arm swings down and hip extension during their jump training. Upper body contributes to a good percent in two-foot jumping ability. 🐰
working on some box flow. She’s an athlete and like any sport we must train multiple directions. Here we are focused on landing and transitioning quick into another jump. We got good arm swings, good lateral quickness. Basketball Or volleyball…great exercise.
