May is Mental Health Awareness Month and while there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to feeling better, movement can be a powerful place to start.

Lagree isn’t just about the physical shake. It’s about creating space to reconnect with yourself. The slow, controlled movements demand focus, pulling you out of the noise of daily life and into the present moment. For 45 minutes, it’s just you, your breath, and your body working together.

That kind of intentional movement can help reduce stress, boost mood, and build resilience (both mentally and physically). It’s not about perfection or pushing through at all costs. It’s about showing up, honoring where you’re at, and leaving feeling just a little bit stronger than when you walked in.

This month (and every month), we’re here to remind you: taking care of your mental health counts. And sometimes, it starts with a single step onto the Mega. 💙
