Looking for a fitness or wellness professional who wants their own space in North Spokane.
Movement PNW has a private 693 sq. ft. (33' × 21') space available with its own private entrance and bathroom.
We're looking for either one professional/business interested in making it their permanent home, or potentially a small number of professionals interested in guaranteed recurring use.
The space is currently unfinished, which gives us flexibility: for the right long-term arrangement, we're willing to renovate and customize it for the intended use.
Great potential for personal training, Pilates, yoga, massage/bodywork, mobility/stretch, physical therapy, recovery services, nutrition/wellness, small-group training, or another business that complements Movement PNW.
Full-time exclusive use: $1,350/month.
Shared/recurring arrangements may also be available.
If you—or someone you know—might be a good fit, message us. We'd love to talk about what you need and whether we could build the space around your business.

✨ Have you ever dreamed of being THAT healthy family?

The family that moves together.
Gets outside together.
Feels strong and confident.
Builds healthy habits without constantly fighting about them.
And creates a lifestyle their kids actually want to carry into adulthood.

Here’s the thing…

Transformation doesn’t have to happen alone.

At Movement PNW, we’ve always believed we are more than a gym. We are a TRANSFORMATION CENTER.

And now we’re bringing that same philosophy to KIDS + FAMILIES. 🙌

Because when Mom and Dad are working on becoming stronger, healthier, and more confident, we want their kids to have a place to grow too.

💪 Peak Performance Kids
⚡ Youth Speed + Strength
💙 My Pace Movement
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Sunday Strong Family Class

Our goal isn’t to teach kids to obsess over exercise or what their bodies look like.

It’s to teach them to LOVE what their bodies can do.

To build confidence.
To discover their strength.
To learn healthy habits.
To move in ways that feel good.
To develop resilience.
And to see health as something the whole family gets to experience together.

Imagine what could change when getting healthy stops being something Mom or Dad is doing…

and starts becoming part of who you are as a FAMILY. 🏔️

Strong kids.
Strong parents.
Strong families.
Stronger community.

That’s the kind of transformation we’re building at Movement PNW.

And whether your child is athletic, brand new to fitness, needs a little extra confidence, or thrives in a more sensory-friendly environment…

ALL BODIES. ALL ABILITIES. ALWAYS WELCOME.
