SAU Cross Country and Track and Field Alumni!!! We hope you are signed up and excited about our 5k Donut dash that is quickly approaching on Oct. 9th at 9am. We will be splitting all the proceeds between the Track and Field program and SOAR of Jackson!
Even if you do not run/walk the 5k we hope you will come to a Pancake breakfast for all the SAU Cross Country and Track and Field Alumni!! There may even be some free team gear to update your closet with!!

Calling all running and/or donut fans!! Come run or walk a 5k with us to kick off homecoming 2021 on Oct. 9th. Whether you are an alumni or just want an opportunity to get out and run we want you to join us. Donuts will be at mile markers and proceeds will be split between the SAU Track team and , a local non- profit committed to helping women healing from human trafficking, sexual abuse, and trauma. Outdoor Nationals start tomorrow!! Here is your 2021 Outdoor National Team!!! follow our instagram for updates on our 7 different events: Men's 110 hurdles, Women's 100 hurdles, Women's 1500, Men's 10k, Men's 5k, and Men's 4x800, and Men's 800!

We have loved the Alumni's support this last year! The cougars have been setting records, qualifying for nationals, becoming all-americans, and more importantly being a light to those around them in hard time!!! Thank you for your continued support

Our Men's XC team made it to the National meet for the first time since 2005!! This team will represent a lot of teams that have gone before and set the culture to be what it is today. Thank YOU for your many sacrifices that lead them to where they are today!
