THIS is 31lbs down in less than 6 monthsš„ā¬ļøā¬ļø

āI feel good!! With every week of loss, big or small, I can feel my confidence growing more and more. I have a wedding coming up in October that Iām actually excited about going to because I know the dress I got looks so good š„¹ Physically I feel pretty good too, it feels like I have more energy and itās literally life changing the way I donāt wake up with constant stomach aches every morning.ā
I still remember the day I received an application from this client. The following Monday she said IāM READY and boy was she ready! Since April she has shown true discipline and dedication towards working to better her health. There is rarely a time she lets things get in the way of what sheās working towards. Sheās going to go far with this. To say Iām proud is an understatementš¤

Consistency is š
Life gets busy, it gets hard, it gets tiring. Some days you donāt have as much energy to put into your fitness and nutrition and that is OKAY. Sometimes we fall off. All of us do. The most important thing is that you keep trying every day because one day you WILL wake up ready to jump back on. Summer has been hard on many of us with busier schedules and routines being off. But as we enter into a break between summer and the holidays.. do yourself a favor and keep putting in the effort every day. Youāll thank yourself for not quitting later.

This is a personal goal important to me. What goals are important to you?ā¤ļøāš„
My husband sent me the picture at the end of this video and said āthat is what makes you such a great coach. You lived it and now youāre guiding others.ā That meant the absolute world to me. The Abby before kids never wouldāve understood the busyness of motherhood, losing yourself, the hormones, and the fight it is to find yourself after having children. I couldāve pretended or tried to understand but the fact is.. you donāt know what itās like until youāve been through it. I was the person that said āwe all have the same 24 hours in a dayā. But as a mother myself I now understand that sometimes you have sick babies, your kids want their mom after a long day of work, sometimes we need decompress time and to just. stop. moving. Donāt get me wrong, I will always push you to make the right nutrition choices and to try your best to get that workout in. But it doesnāt always happen and that is okay. I understand now and it makes me a better coach because I did and still do live that. Those who stayed to read the whole thing⦠thank you, it means so much to meš¤ Those doing their best⦠keep going, it gets better!š„¹

ššØ If you didnāt put gas in your car it simply wouldnāt go so why do you expect your body to carry you through the day without nourishing it properly??š¤Æ
Sometimes it can seem intimidating/challenging to find your personal macros needed, figure out what to eat, AND meet your requirement for the day. You guys, I have to share my newest PR in the gym!!!!š
I can proudly say that I finally hit 135 on benchš„¹š„¹š„¹ (I was benching 95lbs last summer)
This was a dream Iāve had for a very long time that felt so impossible.
But ya know what? YOU CAN DO HARD THINGS! You can do more than you ever imagined if you put in the work. Today was such an exciting day in the gym for me, Iām going to ride this high for a whileā¤ļøāš„
And to the ladies- donāt sell yourselves short. You can lift a lot more weight than your brain tells you that you can. Maybe you just need the right kind of hype up! Hit me up anytime, Iāll help you figure out what you can truly doš
