Last month’s HYROX simulation was a huge success! 🔥

I love organizing these events for anyone who wants to experience what HYROX is all about, become familiar with the stations, challenge themselves, and most importantly, have fun!

So many people want to compete but haven’t been able to get tickets yet, so bringing them a little piece of the HYROX experience and seeing them finish with such a great feeling makes it all worth it.

Meet Alfredo Melendez
Alfredo has been training incredibly hard for his next two HYROX races in Washington, D.C. and Dallas.

He continues to show up, push through the hard sessions, and challenge himself to become a stronger athlete. His consistency, discipline, and determination are proof that progress isn’t built in one day it’s built every time you choose to keep going.

Alfredo’s commitment inspires me and everyone training alongside him.

We’re proud to have him as part of the Power Park community, and we can’t wait to watch all his hard work come together on race day.

This exceptional duo is training hard for HYROX Dallas, where they’ll be competing together in Doubles.

They push each other every session, every sim, hold each other accountable, and bring out the best in one another.

One of my favorite parts of coaching is that I get to learn from every single athlete I work with. Their commitment and attitude continue to inspire me and everyone around them.

What an incredible HYROX 4th of July Simulation! It truly couldn’t have gone any better.

Congratulations to everyone who participated! 👏🇺🇸 Thank you for bringing your best effort, your amazing energy, and for making this event so much fun. Thank you, everyone, for showing up in your best red, white, and blue! 🇺🇸 you all looked awesome and made the event even more special!

To all the family members and friends who came to cheer, thank you for supporting our athletes and helping create such an incredible atmosphere. Your encouragement means more than you know.

Seeing everyone finish with smiles on their faces is exactly why we love doing these events. We are so happy to bring the HYROX experience closer to anyone who’s curious about the sport, just getting started, training for their first race, or chasing a new PR.
