☀️ A Friendly Reminder From The Boardwalk ☀️
We love seeing families out enjoying the marina, playground, basketball courts, beach area, and all the great summer activities our community has to offer. That’s what makes the marina such a special place. ❤️
For Spring Creek Association property owners, the marina and common areas are community amenities to enjoy — but we do ask that everyone enter through the proper access points and follow marina rules. Sneaking through gates, fences, or onto attractions after hours creates serious safety concerns.
The floating water park is operated by, The Boardwalk at the Spring Creek Marina is a separate paid attraction and is not free to use.
This is because:
🦺 Life jackets are provided and required
👀 Staff supervision is only available during operating hours
📝 Waivers must be completed before use
⚓ The park requires ongoing staffing, inspections, insurance, and maintenance to operate safely
We have unfortunately had a few close calls involving children sneaking onto the inflatables after hours or entering without supervision — including some who were not strong swimmers. While the park is built for fun, it is still deep water and can quickly become dangerous without proper supervision and safety equipment.
Please understand:
The Boardwalk and the Spring Creek Association are not responsible for injuries or incidents resulting from unauthorized use of the water park or careless actions involving the attraction.
We are not trying to take away anyone’s fun — we simply want every family and child to have a safe and enjoyable summer at the marina. 🌊☀️
‼️And lastly, if your family is experiencing financial hardship, please don’t hesitate to message or call us privately. We truly want every child to have the opportunity to safely enjoy the water park, and we will always do our best to help where we can so that all families have the ability to access our park.‼️ ❤️
Thank you!
