In 2024, Aliyah took home second place overall in the Women's Elite 10K. In 2025, she podiumed again, second in her age group.
Doesn't matter what we throw at her. Rigs, walls, mud, hills... she gets through it. And somehow, she comes out the other side with her hair p**f and hoop earrings still perfectly intact.
Here's the thing about Aliyah. She's probably one of the only people who wishes we had more rigs. We already run more hanging grip obstacles than almost any other race out there. Most competitors dread them. Aliyah wants seconds.
That tells you everything about how she trains and how she thinks. The obstacle other people fear is the one she's chasing.
Off the course, Aliyah owns her own gym and coaches out of Exton, PA. If you're in the area and want to train with someone who genuinely loves the hard stuff, look her up.
This is why we do what we do. Life's going to hand you the thing you didn't ask for and don't want... the setback, the hard conversation, the obstacle you can't avoid. Aliyah's whole approach is proof that you can flip that dread into hunger. The obstacle you fear most is the one worth chasing.
