The Clubhouse - Baseball & Softball Performance Training Facility

We are excited to announce that beginning immediately for Fall 2026, all Clubhouse Youth Travel Teams will now be integrated under the CBU organization.

This move creates a clear and structured pathway locally for our players from the earliest stages of development all the way through high school baseball, while providing increased opportunities for growth, competition, coaching, and player development.

CBU has established itself as one of the most respected organizations in travel baseball, providing opportunities, resources, organizational support, and a proven framework for player and team development. Through this integration, our players, families, and coaches will benefit from the strength, reputation, and support of the CBU organization while continuing to train at The Clubhouse.

By bringing our travel teams together under the CBU organization, we will:

✅ Create a unified Youth-to-High School development model
✅ Improve organizational structure
✅ Expand opportunities across multiple age groups
✅ Provide greater coaching resources and player support
✅ Establish a clear progression system for athletes and families
✅ Increase development opportunities through a consistent organizational philosophy

This move will also significantly enhance the player experience within our travel baseball programs. With expanded coaching resources, increased organizational oversight, and a unified player development system, our athletes will receive better continuity throughout their development and greater opportunities to reach their full potential.

Additionally, this transition allows us to provide increased coaching leadership, player development direction, and organizational support throughout every age group. By aligning all travel teams under the CBU Organization, players will benefit from a more consistent developmental model and access to experienced coaches dedicated to helping them succeed.

This transition also creates a distinct separation between our Travel & our Academy moving forward:

Our academic and athletic academy development program combining elite baseball and softball training, education, strength & performance, recruiting guidance, and long-term player development.

By separating these two organizations, it creates distinct advantages for both our travel-only families and our academy families. Travel players will now have a clearly defined competitive baseball organization focused solely on team development, competition, and advancement opportunities, while Academy players will continue to receive the comprehensive academic and athletic experience that has become the foundation of The Clubhouse Performance Academy.

While these programs will continue to work hand-in-hand, this structure allows each organization to grow and thrive independently while operating under one roof. Ultimately, it brings two elite organizations under one facility, each with a specific mission, identity, and pathway for success.

Going undefeated in any tournament is difficult. Going 8-0 over multiple consecutive days against quality competition takes a special group.

This team showed exactly what championship baseball looks like.

Throughout the week, our players competed with toughness, energy, and resilience. They embraced every challenge, trusted one another, and continued to answer the bell game after game. As the tournament wore on and fatigue set in, this group continued to elevate their play and find ways to win.

An 8-0 championship run doesn’t happen by accident. It is the result of preparation, commitment, and a team-first mentality. Every player contributed, every coach poured into the process, and together they accomplished something that is incredibly difficult to do at this level.

To navigate a full tournament schedule without a loss is an outstanding achievement and a testament to the character of this group.

Proud of these players and coaches for the way they represented CBU throughout the event.

Congratulations to Academy Graduate Senior Kyler Loderbauer on his commitment to continue his academic and baseball career at Jamestown Community College in NY🪖

Kyler has been the definition of what it means to be a Clubhouse Academy athlete. As a Varsity Team Captain and this year’s Built Different Award & Scholarship Winner, he has consistently set the standard through his work ethic, leadership, character, and commitment to excellence.

What makes Kyler special isn’t just his talent on the field it’s the way he approaches everything he does. He leads by example, puts in the work when nobody is watching, and represents our academy with class every single day. He is the type of player every coach wants in their program and every younger player should strive to be like.

Throughout his time at the academy, Kyler has shown that success isn’t given, it’s earned. Through hours of training, sacrifice, perseverance, and dedication, he has turned his goals into reality.

We are incredibly proud of the player, leader, teammate, and young man he has become, and we cannot wait to watch him continue his journey at the next level.
