🏐 M1 Volleyball 15U–18U Open Gyms! 🏐

Calling all athletes ages 15–18! Join us for two fun nights of volleyball at Summit High School!

⏰ 4:00–6:00 PM
📍 Summit High School
💲 $5 per session

These open gyms are a great opportunity for players to get together with friends from their school—or other schools—and simply play, compete, and have fun! Open to ALL athletes!

This is not a formal skills training. Players will spend their time participating in game-like drills, competitive games, and fun challenges while getting plenty of touches on the ball. Our M1 coaching staff will be on hand, and players are welcome to ask for feedback throughout the session.

This group went on to place 5th at AAU Nationals! They battled all season long, continued to grow, and finished the year with some incredible wins. What a way to cap off a great season! 🏐💙

Big goals are built long before anyone gets to see the results.

They’re built in the practices where you’re tired but still show up. In the extra reps when no one is watching. In choosing to work on the part of your game that isn’t your strength yet. And in learning to stay committed even when progress feels slow.

You may not see the payoff today, but that doesn’t mean the work isn’t working.

Keep showing up. Keep getting better. Your future self will be glad you did.✨

🏆 Congratulations to our M1 Volleyball Club Director, Warne Riker!

We are so proud to celebrate the recognition Coach Riker has received for his dedication and leadership in the sport of volleyball!

He was just announced as the TSSAA Volleyball Coach of the Year!! 🏆 This past spring, he was also named the Middle Tennessee High School Sports Awards Girls Coach of the Year, presented by Ponce Law, , and was a nominee for the WILLCO Female Coach of the Year Award

These honors are a testament to the passion, leadership, and commitment he brings to his athletes, teams, and the game.

We are incredibly proud to have Coach Riker leading M1 Volleyball Club! ❤

Hydration is a huge part of performing your best on the court. Don’t wait until practice starts—or until you’re already thirsty—to start drinking water.

Make hydration part of your daily routine, especially on practice and tournament days. Your body works hard for you, so make sure you’re giving it what it needs to keep up!

There will be days when you question whether the extra reps are making a difference. Days when you walk off the court frustrated, feel like you’re not improving, or wonder if all the work is worth it.

Those are the moments when trust matters most.

You may not always see your progress while you’re in the middle of it. Growth often happens quietly — in the discipline to keep showing up, the confidence built through challenges, and the lessons learned from the days that don’t go your way.

Keep putting in the work, even when the results aren’t immediate. The player you’re becoming is being built in the process. 🏐
