Spring Valley Varsity Girls Volleyball came out ready to play Clarkstown North yesterday❕🏐

From the teamwork to the energy on and off the court, there was a lot to be proud of. ⭐️⭐️⭐️

They’ll be back at it tomorrow against Albertus Magnus (away) and then back home on the 14th against Riverside High School.

SPRING VALLEY HIGH SCHOOL’S STUDENT-ATHLETES OF THE WEEK ARE KERVENS JEAN-MICHEL & SHANAIKA DISNA! ❕📢

⚽️Kervens Jean-Michel has gotten off to a strong start this fall, scoring a goal, adding an assist and making strong defensive plays during the team’s scrimmages. His leadership on and off the field has earned him the role of co-captain of the soccer team.

🏐Freshman Shanaika Disna had an incredible varsity debut at Friday’s volleyball match, serving seven straight aces and finishing with 16 aces in three sets.

RAMAPO HIGH SCHOOL’S STUDENT-ATHLETES OF THE WEEK ARE DAVONTE BROWN & JOSIANE THOMAS! ❕📢

🏈During Friday’s first football game, Davonte Brown had an impressive performance with nine catches for 179 yards, two receiving touchdowns and one rushing touchdown.

🎾 On the tennis court, Josiane Thomas put her offensive strategies into practice, showing the progress she’s been making throughout her training.

Football practices begin on AUGUST 17TH❗️📢

🚨Don’t forget: on Friday, AUGUST 14TH, you can get a FREE sports physical at 9 a.m. at Spring Valley High School!

This is a great opportunity to make sure you’re CLEARED TO PLAY‼️

🩺 Every student-athlete is required to have an updated physical exam on file with the school nurse before the start of practices and tryouts.

If you haven’t registered for your fall sport yet, THERE’S STILL TIME.✔️
