I’m looking for about seven volunteers to help make gifts for coaches and athletes . this would be a later in the evening type activity. Please get with me and let me know if you can help. It would be greatly appreciated. You can email [email protected]

parents a couple of reminders::::

Ticket sales will end wednesday May 10 at 12 midnight you will not be able to purchase tickets at the door only paid for previously RSVPed tickets .

This event is business casual please no jeans.

Seniors parents/ athletes:::

Coach Patterson has tri fold boards for you to decorate as accomplishments or a dream board that will be displayed at the banquet . Please see him to receive your board.

Some invoices have been sent to those of you who filled out the Google form. Please pay as soon as possible. Those of you who have not filled out the Google form please do so, so that an invoice may be sent before the actual banquet date.

I’m looking for volunteers to help set up and tear down for the banquet setup will begin at 3 p.m. on the 17th tear down will start as soon as the banquet is over.
