I need some recommendations for a good belt for the heavy compound lifts. I’ve been really interested in becoming
stronger overall. I can appreciate getting into shape but what good are if you’re not even strong. Heavy deadlifts without the belt get sketchy around my heavy pull here but I know I have more in me.

💥HOW IT STARTED VS HOW IT’S GOING💥
There are so many lessons learned. One thing for sure is to trust the process, stay consistent, and try new things so that you can learn what works best for you.
I had to learn the hard way through a lot of things but going in this path of health and wellness made me realize how much I want to help people avoid that so that they can meet there goals.
Health shouldn’t be as complicated as it seems.

CICO is the foundation that everyone needs to be aware of when trying to get into shape. I myself had to change up my style of personal training to really focus on how people respond to wanting to get into shape and the idea of what it takes to achieve their goals. There are ways to get into shape without giving up everything you love to eat. Obviously, having a better diet is the key when trying to take it to the next level but I am a firm believer in baby steps and falling in love with the process first

The key is to always be in control of the weight. DON’T LET THE WEIGHT CONTROL YOU. LEAVE YOUR EGO OUT OF IT 🗣
Also, try and keep your arms straight so that you actually engage the chest and not the biceps. I see this too often.
