Murph is more than a workout. It’s a chance to come together as a community and honor the men and women who gave everything in service to our country this Memorial Day. 🇺🇸

The purpose isn’t to prove how tough you are. The purpose is to show up, push yourself with intention, and remember why we do it.

Whether you complete the workout RX, scale the reps, modify movements, or partner up — you are still participating in something meaningful. Don’t sit it out because it feels intimidating. Murph is for everyone willing to challenge themselves and honor the sacrifice behind the workout.
