A few people have hit me up about workout plans. If purchasing one is something you’d be interested in, shoot me a DM with your goal or what you want out of the plan. (Weight Loss, Size, Beginner, etc.) I’m going to create a few plans based on what input i get the most. The plans will most likely be 4-8 weeks for around 10-15 dollars.
I’ve made some plans for a few friends and gotten feedback, so it’s time to take that next step! It’s still a learning process and there’s always more info for me to learn, so after it’s all said and done or even during your workouts, any feedback is appreciated. PS. Everyone asking to workout, i’m really just not in the headspace for that right now, i have a lot on my plate & im just trying to focus on my grind right now. This is going to be a fitness page where I post about my journey as well as provide some tips/workouts for y’all to incorporate in your own routines. I want this to be a positive space where everyone feels comfortable to talk about their health/fitness goals. I want to be consistent and provide y’all with some quality content. My goal is to inspire at least one person to make a better change in their lives & I believe that fitnes can open up so many doors for you to achieve greatness.
Fitness has always been more than what you look like. Fitness to me is a lifestyle & a mindset. It’s hard to explain what a love for fitness can do for you, but I promise you won’t regret finding out the answer for yourself. To me, it made me realize how important it is to have a relationship with yourself. It pushed me to be the best version of myself in every aspect of my life & it showed me that I am capable of anything that I put my mind to. YOU create your own potential and I believe that through fitness, that ceiling only gets higher and higher as you realize what you are capable of. Fitness pushed me to reach for so many goals in life, that’s why I’m making this page. I have a long term plan for everything and even if I don’t reach those goals, the worst thing I can do is fail. Some people might be scared of failure but when you almost drop a weight in the gym & everyone looks in your direction, you start to feel a lot more comfortable with it.
