Happy National Coaches day to our amazing staff, who give up so much of their time and effort to shape these young women.
Sarah Draheim, the mastermind and our fearless leader. She always has a game plan, and as someone who’s lived this life first hand, she’s usually 100% right. She’s also the voice of reason in our dugout, she offers words of encouragement when they need them, and often provides the best life advice for these ladies. She’s not just churning out amazing ball players, she’s shaping these girls into phenomenal young women.
Chris Kuna, our resident hype man and the guy who will always have you and your teammates backs when things go sideways. He’s the first one out of the dugout when the girls do something great, and the first one out to offer encouragement when things don’t go so great.
Johnny Ekster, the coach who won’t settle for less than your best. He’s not for everyone, but he will push these girls to the max, and then remind them that they worked harder than anyone, and they still have more in the tank. He demands perfection, and he’s their biggest supporter, but also their biggest critic. He believes in every single one of them, and he won’t let them fail, it’s not optional.
