Our Story

Let’s Dance and More! More than just dance!

Dance is celebrated in every culture throughout the world. It’s as universal as reading and love in its ability to communicate with people from various backgrounds. The message that comes through dance is an awe-inspiring gift, offered to all who embrace it.

The American Heart Association recommends that children and adolescents participate in at least 60 minutes of moderate to vigorous physical exercise activity every day (www.heart.org), which includes dance of all styles. Research also connects overall school improvement, attendance, greater self-esteem and better self image to a regular movement program.

Let’s Dance instructors have a variety of dance experience and specialize in creating a positive atmosphere of dance for all ages. In this atmosphere, dancers are exposed to ballet, tap, modern, worship dance, creative movement and more. Let’s Dance will focus on the unique gift each dancer has and will give equal attention to dancers of all skill levels.
