As we spend time with our families and friends today, let us pause to remember the true meaning of Memorial Day. We hold deep gratitude for the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.

We sure know how to build a strong community here! What a great movie night with the Dragons! 🐉 We'll do it again for Street Fighter!!

Happy Mother's Day! Thank you for all the incredible women who supported us and appreciates the MMA community. You are the strongest, toughest and most compassionate fighters and we want to spend time to shower you with love and gratitude.

"Fight with the Fire of a Dragon" said Sensei Marco and it showed clearly. We were strong and fearless. We especially want to thank our parents, members, coaches and staff. We received 16 GOLD MEDALS at the Combative Games League in Pasadena, TX!!

We had our belt testing day last Friday and Saturday! There were the days where we not only showed our skills, but showed our dedication and growth. We are so proud of our students as they are beginning their exciting journey.

Here's a recap of our Wrestlemania night! Not only did we come together with our phenomenal costumes, we got a chance to show off our skills!

Hey Dragon Fam! As most of you know, Sensei Marco welcomed a sweet baby boy last month. He came earlier than anticipated and because of that we weren’t able to celebrate as we normally do with a dojo diaper party.
So, please come out and celebrate our newest dragon baby on March 21st at 10am and bring diapers of any size (especially newborn since he is a small guy!).

If you’re not able to make it but would like to support the new family, please feel free to drop diapers off at the front desk all week!

Thank you all so much for the support you have shown each of our families at the dojo. Sensei Will and I have been blessed time and again by all of you as our family has grown over the years and we are SO excited to welcome our nephew into the Dragon Clan. Thanks!

Friendly reminder! Tomorrow we will have one of the MOST EPIC youth events of the year! COSTUMES AND MASKS ARE ENCOURAGED!! Reserve your spot ASAP! We can't wait to see you! **All proceeds will go to our fighters representing Team USA in the WBC Tournament in Thailand covering travel and training costs** We are so grateful for your support.

Let's remember how amazing Coach Mel is. She knocks them out cold! As Sensei Marco said, "This is huge as our last 3 Muay Thai fights have been all title fights!!!! And we've won all of them. We have 3 team USA members all coming from the same Dojo going to Thailand to defend our nation–only 12 spots out of everyone in the U.S. We have 3 of them!!!" Congratulations on the wins!
