📣HIIT & FIT-Lean Muscle Starting this Monday @ ARTAVIA LIFESTYLE CENTER 📣

I would like to personally invite you to try out HIIT & FIT-Lean Muscle at our new Location in the Lifestyle Center of Artavia! It is open to ANY Montgomery County residents and not just residents of Artavia.

**HIIT & FIT-Lean Muscle** is a hybrid fitness class designed to build communities, lean muscle and transform lives utilizing High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), functional exercises, plyometric movements and Cross Training workout regimens.

**Classes will be held at the Artavia LifeStyle Center:**
17590 Artavia Pkwy.
Conroe, Texas 77302

Classes will begin **Monday September 20, 2021**

Classes will be **45 minutes long and held in Classroom A and Outside Recreation Area:**
Monday Evenings from 6:30pm-7:15pm
Thursday Evenings from 6:30pm-7:15pm
Saturday Mornings from 10:00am-10:45am

**Pricing:**
$20 Per Session
$85 for a 5-Pack of Sessions
$150 for a Month Pass (You may attend as many sessions held in a 30-day period)
