I’m visiting my dear friend - a talented metacognitive coach (and that’s just one of her many superpowers).

While chatting, I noticed a stack of beautiful metaphorical and coaching cards. Curious, I pulled a few. Read the messages. Nodded. Moved on.

“I can see why a coach is needed,” I told her. “Otherwise, it just feels like… pretty cards with nice words.”

And then I reached for her set of Exponential Cards.

That’s when everything shifted.

Liubov offered to guide me through a real session. What followed was a deep, honest journey into myself. I cried. I paused. I felt seen.

Every single card I pulled made me say out loud:
“How is this even possible?”

It was like the cards heard me. Like they were answering questions I hadn’t yet put into words.

Even the music in the background—at one point—lined up perfectly with what I needed to hear. Chills.

If you’ve been looking for answers, clarity, or even just a moment of deep self-connection… I can’t recommend Liubov enough.

Start with cards. Or better yet, with her presence.

One Small Action Can Spark Something Big 🎨

Every day, we make choices—tiny ones that shape our lives in quiet but powerful ways.

I shared a painting lesson with my two daughters. One watched for a bit and moved on. The other? She grabbed her brushes, got to work, and created a masterpiece. 🎨

From childhood to adulthood, the difference is often in that one moment: Do we act now, or wait for “later”?

Sometimes, the magic is in simply starting. 💛

Lately, I’ve been drawing a lot with runes. Not intentionally, just… naturally.

It’s been one of those weeks where energy is low, my head’s full, and I don’t have the strength to dive deep and make sense of it all. I’m simply in a space where I need to cope.

And Neurographica has been my anchor.

These drawings help me calm the noise, reconnect with myself, and breathe just a little easier. I'm grateful for this method—and even more for the friend and amazing coach who walks beside me when I need it most.

Not every day is for breakthroughs. Some are just for gently holding yourself together. 💛

🎉 Ninja Party & A Personal Challenge 🥷
This weekend, the kids were doing all sorts of ninja moves at a birthday party—flipping, climbing, jumping like pros. And then there was me... watching... until I thought, why not challenge myself too?
There was this bolster cube, half my height. Could I jump onto it? 🤔 The easy thing? Just stand there and cheer the kids on. The hard thing? Actually do it myself. But if we tell others to go for it, shouldn’t we lead by example?
So, I tried. Failed. Tried again. Closer. 10 reps later—I did it! 💪
🔥 Lesson? It’s easy to give advice. Harder to take action. But action is always a MUST if you want to move forward. Next time you push someone to try—make sure you’re pushing yourself too.

📞 IRS Calls & Neurographica: A Surprising Duo 🎨

I was on a call with the IRS, just trying to check the status of a submitted form. The rep told me I wasn’t authorized to receive the info and advised me to check my details and call back. Cue frustration.

So, I double-checked, called again, and—this time—while waiting on hold, I grabbed my markers and started doodling Neurographica-style. I even added some colors. 🎨✨

The result?
✔️ Frustration faded.
✔️ Patience kicked in.
✔️ When I finally got through—I received a positive answer!

I love how Neurographica helps me regulate emotions and shift my mindset—even in the most unexpected situations. Who knew taxes and creativity could go hand in hand? 😆

Next time you're on hold, try doodling instead of doom-scrolling! It works! 😉

Last night, my daughter was reading me a story she wrote in class. Her voice carried so much emotion—thoughtful pauses, perfect intonations—I was truly impressed. So I told her. I complimented her reading style, and she beamed.
And then she said, “Oh, my teacher is AMAZING at this! I love how she reads to us—with emotion, changing voices, everything!” She even placed her hands over her heart, showing just how much it meant to her.
So, I did something small but powerful—I emailed her teacher and shared what my daughter had just said. And guess what? The teacher wrote back, saying how much that message made her day.
I turned to my daughter and said, “See? We should never keep compliments to ourselves. If someone makes an impact, tell them. It costs nothing but can mean everything.
A little appreciation goes a long way. Who can you lift up today? Let’s make someone’s day brighter! 💛

When Plans Change, New Possibilities Open ✨
Yesterday, my Neurographica group session got canceled. A little disappointing? Sure. But as we all know—when one door closes, another one opens. And in this case, it led to an unexpected and powerful one-on-one session.
The best part? My client doesn’t even like Neurographica. 😅 But emotions were high, the process unfolded, and by the end, everything settled, balanced, and shifted. It was incredible to witness.
And since I already had my markers out, I decided to test something new—drawing while listening to tax webinars. 🤓 Yes, I’m experimenting! Neurographica is known to enhance focus and retention, so why not apply it to tax law? (If this works, I might have just found the ultimate hack for deep learning. Stay tuned. 😉)
Sometimes, what seems like an obstacle is just a redirection to something better. Have you ever had a moment like this? Drop a 🚪 if you’ve seen one door close… and another open.

Where Do You See Yourself in 40 Years? 🤯💭
In one of my mastermind sessions, we dove into strategy, and two questions hit me HARD:
🔹 Where do I want to be in 40 years?
Wait… 40 years?! That’s like an entire lifetime! My brain immediately resisted—who can plan that far ahead? But then I realized, it’s not about exact details; it’s about the direction.
🔹 What is my personal life strategy?
Who am I beyond my career, achievements, and responsibilities? How do I grow in relationships—with my kids, husband, friends, colleagues?
At the end of the day, success isn’t just numbers or milestones. It’s about the emotional state I want to live in. We chase goals thinking they’ll make us happy, but what if we flip the script? Instead of focusing on "what" we want, we focus on how we want to feel.
Because let’s be real—having millions in the bank means nothing if you don’t feel fulfilled, free, or at peace. That feeling is the real goal. That’s the compass.
✨ What emotional state are YOU working towards? Drop it in the comments! 👇😊
